Description
Duties:
- Development of characterization methods for thin film solar cell development
- Drive development activities with suppliers and external partners
- Tool owner for all offline metrology tools
- Coordination off outsourcing metrology requests
- Ensure process availability according to technology roadmap
- Process related tool owner for all offline metrology tools in the central site production line
- Documentation and reporting
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Studies in physics, chemistry, material science or comparable
- Knowledge in surface chemistry
- Knowledge in statistics
- Knowledge in DoE
- High analytic capability, systematic approach and enthusiasm for experimental work
- Natural drive to reach ambitious targets
- Cost awareness
- Good team player
- Knowledge in L6S is beneficial
- Experience in photovoltaic
- Business fluent English and German skills, additional languages are beneficial
