Saint Gobain Group - Glaspol, Namyslow, Poland - tempering furnace operator of toughening stove on Tamglass (model HTF-3621). 5 years of experience as a toughening operator.
Wexford Viking Glass, Wexford, Ireland. - tempering furnace operator of tougheing stove on Uniglass,(model UGC-2400x3600, UGT-1800x3000) . 3 years of work as toughening operator (present occupation).
Special Skills
Skill of toughening glass in thickness range of 3mm-19mm; toughening of coating glass(TSN, Planitherm, Ke-glass, Eco-glass, Sunguard, Stopsol, etc) and toughening of painted glass, type Spandrel.
Knowledge of operating finnish glass furnaces(type Tamglass and Uniglass) with and without Turbo.
Skill of controlling glass quality, in accordance to ISO norms.
Skill of work planning and in addition knowledge of other work places in Production process, such as glass cutting, polishing(SLE, CNC).
