CENTROSOLAR brings new `ready-made solar plant´ for private houses onto market

Centrosolar AG, a subsidiary of CENTROSOLAR Group AG, Munich, will be unveiling a new integrated system for solar plants with a rating of 3 and 5 kWp at the solar industry exhibition Intersolar, which takes place at the start of June. The "ready-made solar plant" extends the company´s existing range of integrated systems; its outstanding features include ease of operation and straightforward installation. The solar package therefore makes it easier especially for smaller firms of fitters to branch out into a new area of activity. And it gives CENTROSOLAR, as one of the market leaders for integrated photovoltaic systems, access to fresh customer groups for household installations.

The integrated system fits on one euro-pallet and comprises 16 or 24 quality modules with an output of 210 to 220 Wp respectively, a converter and a suitable mounting system for on-roof installation. The module cover consists of highly light-transmissible, patented anti-reflective solar glass supplied by the subsidiary Centrosolar Glas GmbH & Co. KG, Fürth. This, together with the optimally coordinated other components included in the package, ensures that the system´s yield is further maximised per kWp of rated output.

While other integrated systems generally tend to be put together on a case-by-case basis so that the maximum possible roof area can be used, the new system is particularly suitable for homeowners whose priority is more on acquiring a slim, clearly structured system. The photovoltaic system is finished entirely in black and matches the modular structure of virtually all roof types and surfaces.

Working with such a "ready-made solar plant" minimises the planning work and simplifies installation. After cutting the cost of solar modules by more than 30% since 2008, CENTROSOLAR contributes to significant reductions in installation cost by offering an intelligent, modularly extendable ready-made system. This is a further step towards “grid parity”. The new system will be launched throughout Europe from the third quarter. It will appear first in Germany. France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Greece and other countries in which CENTROSOLAR Group AG has its own subsidiaries will then follow.
