Centrosolar S Class modules: even more stable due to new frame design

Even more stability and an elegant overall impression: Centrosolar AG has optimised the frames of its S-Class Excellent module series. The frame, which was previously anthracite and powder-coated, is now made of black-anodised aluminium hollow sections. The anodising process forms a protective coat, making the frame sturdier and less susceptible to corrosion.

The high stability is due to the installation of the module together with the Constocc mounting system, which was also changed to black-anodised. Centrosolar has had the complete system - module and mounting system - tested by the German Technical Inspection Association TÜV Rheinland for mechanical load capacity.

The Inspection Association has confirmed that the module, combined with the mounting system, fulfils the mechanical load test according to the IEC 61215:2005 Standards and has certified the system for snow loads of up to 5,400 pascal. The special 3,2 millimetre solar glass with anti-reflex coating, which Centrosolar receives from the Group´s own production, the Centrosolar Glas GmbH & Co. KG, also contributes to the high stability.

In addition, the black-anodised aluminium gives the module an elegant look. The modules can be integrated into the roof architecture in an aesthetically pleasing way and contribute to a uniform appearance.

The S-Class Excellent modules are available with mono-crystalline and poly-crystalline cells in four performance classes from 185 to 205 Wp. Centrosolar has been producing the S-Class Excellent modules with the new frames since the end of April.
