Millionstes Modul aus SonnenstromfabrikDie Wismarer Sonnenstromfabrik (Centrosolar) hat bisher eine Million Solarmodule produziert. Das Jubiläumsstück aus 50 Zellen lief im Mai vom Band, wie das Unternehmen am Montag mitteilte. Seit Start der Modulfertigung 2001 hat das Unternehmen die Produktionskapazität stetig ausgebaut und gehört derzeit mit einer Jahreskapazität von 155 Megawatt Peak (MWp - höchstmögliche Leistung) zu den größten Modulproduzenten Deutschlands, wie es hieß. Erst im April ging die vierte Produktionslinie für täglich 3000 Solarmodule in Betrieb. Dort können 72-zellige Hochleistungsmodule hergestellt werden.
