Saint-Gobain : nouvelle usine allemandeLe leader mondial de l´habitat a annoncé ce lundi la construction, par sa filiale Avancis, d´une nouvelle usine de production de modules photovoltaïques en Allemagne. Ce site sera situé à Torgau et étendra la présence du groupe outre-Rhin. Plusieurs filiales - Saint-Gobain Glass (verre plat et verre à couches), Saint-Gobain Sekurit (vitrage automobile) et Avancis (modules photovoltaïques) - sont déjà présentes dans le pays, rappelle le groupe dans un communiqué. La capacité de production de la nouvelle usine Avancis sera de 100 MW par an, soit l’équivalent du besoin annuel en énergie d’une ville de 15 000 habitants.
