Our technology is being applied to make devices and products, including optical disks, FLASH and DRAM memory replacements, powerful new cognitive processors, optical routers, and photonic components. Our base technology originates from Stanford R. Ovshinsky´s pioneering inventions in amorphous semiconductors and phase change materials.
